~Teacher has to learn new things!~
“Active Learning Strategies in the Design Disciplines” was the topic we listened to in the Faculty Training event on May 18, 2018. In the lecture Assoc. Prof. Dr. Seri Wongmonta, the speaker, convinced us that we adopt a new teaching concept through a technique of “inspiration, motivation, and cultivation” in teaching our classes. Inspire, motivate, and cultivate students a sense of excellence in excelling their tasks and this will uplift the quality holistically. Teachers act as facilitators and organizers and engage students with the issues taught. And the most effective active learning is via problem-base learning.
The lecture is definitely thoughtful and believed compatible and also would enhance our new curriculums in the upcoming academic year.
