School of Architecture and Design offers a multi-disciplinary study of creation that integrates art, science, and technology to make built environments and objects. Our international programs synchronize with current context and technology while experimenting with a novel design. A balanced combination of theory and practice constitutes a series of courses and studios that strengthen core knowledge and design skill. Our student body comprises 30% of international students from more than 30 countries. Naturally, students are immersed in a multicultural learning environment within a truly international University, preparing them to thrive as global citizens. The School’s active collaborations with professionals and the architecture and design industry also broaden students’ horizons and enhance opportunities in securing jobs as architects, designers, and design entrepreneurs.
After his graduation with a Bachelor of Architecture from Assumption University, Benjarit had been working inter-disciplinarily ranging from architectural design, event organizer, digital content producer and many other working both domestically and internationally. Eventually, he decided to join Assumption University's Montfort del Rosario School of Architecture and Design (AAU) while pursuing a degree in Master of Architecture (Environmental Technology) at Chulalongkorn University. His area of interests includes but not limited to energy efficiency, heat transfer, insulation and bamboo construction.
Some of the courses which Benjarit has been responsible for are Building Environmental Control, Architectural Design, Introduction to Computer-Aided Design, Graphic presentation, Architectural drawing and Introduction to Environmental Design (with the Department of Design & Digital Innovation, MSME School of Business). He had the opportunity to guest critique at the Faculty of Architecture, Sripatum University and Faculty of Management Science Phranakorn Rajabhat University.
His professional architectural design experience ranges from residential (single houses), commercial (shops, clinics, bars), back-of-house of a 5-star hotel to interior design of retail shops and condominium units.
