Tanakorn Meennuch is a lecturer in the School of Architecture and Design. He teaches design studio and lighting theory class that focus on the light integrating on architectural design and the human perception toward built environment. His other endeavors include collaborations with Cornell research teams on soil development He completed his architecture studies in 1st class of School of architecture and Design at Assumption University and a MFA in Lighting design specializing on architectural lighting design at Parsons school of design, New York, USA. Tanakorn previously worked as a lighting designer at Brandston Partnership in New York city for a couple years. He has also been involved in architectural lighting design practice, in the past with his friend’s office. He has been teaching at the AAU since 2008. He has been invited as a part- time lecturer in many Architecture schools around Bangkok such as school of Architecture and Design at Sripatum university; Department of Architecture at Kasem Bundit University; Department of communication art; Bangkok University; and recently at Faculty of architecture and Planning, Thammasat University.
